I am travelling abroad, and plan on using my Debit and Credit cards, how do I advise SpinBank?
You no longer need to let us know when you are travelling abroad.
With our Fraud Text Alerts we will monitor spend on your debit and credit card and we may text you if we notice any suspicious activity on your card. The text will come from AIB and you will be asked to respond with a ‘Y’ or ‘N’ to confirm your use of the card.

What do I do if I think I’ve mislaid my card?
If you think you have mislaid your card you can put a Temporary Freeze on it.
Log into SpinBank Internet Banking using your Username and Password. Then select ‘Freeze Debit Card’.
How do I remove the Temporary Freeze on my Card?
Log into SpinBank Internet Banking using your 8 digit Registration Number and 3 random digits from your Personal Access Code (PAC). Periodically, a third security question may be requested at login stage on Internet Banking.
Go to Services & Settings and click on Manage My Cards. Select your Credit or Debit Card and Select ‘Unfreeze Card’. Follow the instructions onscreen to remove a Freeze on your card..
My Debit / Credit Card expires soon, when will I receive my new one?
Your new card will be posted to you by the 22nd of the month.
You can use your existing card until the last day of the month of expiry.
Once you start using the new card, the old one becomes inactive, please cut the old card in half and destroy.
